Eligibility for a Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure:

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons or if they are personalised. Please check the product description for specific details. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

1. For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologise. After reviewing the provided photos/videos, if your claim is approved:

Depending on the item's value and condition, we may process a refund without requiring you to return the item.

In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to a UK return address for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
